You may find yourself at a difficult crossroads—feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or uncertain about what comes next. I work with individuals who feel “stuck” and want support navigating life transitions, chronic stress, relationship challenges, burnout, or a loss of meaning or clarity. Together, we create space to make sense of what you’re experiencing, reconnect with your values, and move forward in a way that feels more grounded and aligned.

Pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting
Pregnancy and the postpartum period can be both joyful and unexpectedly challenging. Many parents experience anxiety, depression, grief, or emotions that don’t match what they expected. You’re not alone. I bring over a decade of experience supporting parents through mental health challenges, trauma, and complex family situations, along with lived experience of postpartum mood disorders, allowing me to offer compassionate, informed care.
